Kerkbegroting

In Spreuke, die boek van wysheid, word die raad gegee, "Vertrou op die Here met jou hele hart en steun nie op jou eie insig nie. Ken Hom in al jou wee, dan sal Hy jou paaie gelykmaak." (Spreuke 3:5, 6).;

En om verder by hierdie raad aan te sluit, voeg Salomo by, "Vereer die Here uit jou goed en uit die eerstelinge van al jou inkomste; dan sal jou skure vol word van oorvloed en jou parskuipe oorloop van mos." (verse 9,10).

Wanneer ons God "in al ons wee" ken, sluit dit elke aspek van ons lewens in. Ons begeer om Hom te behaag, omdat ons weet dat Hy die begeerte sowel as die vermoë het om ons te seën en om in ons behoeftes te voorsien.

God vra ons om Hom met ons besittings te eer en Hom eerste te stel, sodat Hy die res kan seën - dit wat in ons besit oorbly.

Die volgelinge van God kan getuig van die feit dat God Sy beloftes vervul.

Hierdie wonderlike belofte is tot ons voordeel.

Wanneer ons, ons plaaslike kerk ondersteun, ondersteun ons die werk van God op sy mees basiese vlak.

Onthou asseblief om al u afval papier en karton in ons herwinningshouer te stort. Hierdie geldjies gaan nog handig in kom waneer die bouprojek van die grond afkom.

Dr Ron du Preez	Dr Ron du Preez, Thd, DMin, is a teacher, pastor, researcher, and author. Born and raised in the republic of South Africa, he completed a Doctor of Ministry in Mission Studies at Andrews University, Michigan, on the subject of polygamy in the Bible. Subsequently he earned his Doctor of Theology in Theological Ethics from the University of South Africa, the results of which are published in in one of his books (Grappling with the Greater Good). Ps Carlton Byrd	Pastor CarltonByrd, an ordained Adventist minister, graduated of Oakwood University (formerly Oakwood College) in Huntsville, Alabama, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in theology and a Bachelor of Science degree in business management. He is also a graduate of Tennessee State University in Nashville where he earned the Masters of Business Administration degree, and a graduate of the Seventh-day Adventist Theological Seminary in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where he earned both the Master of Divinity and the Doctor of Ministry with an emphasis in African American religious studies. Ps Justin Kim	Justin Kim is the pastor of Oakwood Seventh-day Adventist Church in Michigan. He also serves as the volunteer program director of the Missionary Training Program, a part of the Center for Adventist Ministry to Public University Students (CAMPUS). He is a graduate of Brandels University in Boston, MA, where he started his educational career in Sociology and Biology. Since his undergraduate studies, he has received a Masters in Theology from Andrews University. Justin is also one of the founders of Generation of Youth for Christ (GYC). Sien Preke Hier
